Full Duplex Function :
A full-duplex allows communication in both directions, and, unlike half-duplex, allows this to happen simultaneously. Full-duplex has several benefits over the use of half-duplex. First, there are no collisions so time is not wasted by having to retransmit frames. Second, any emergent information can send to the remote side immediately instead of waiting for the remote side to stop transmission. The most special is Comart full-duplex not only allows two radios to communicate with each other but also allows third party radios (in the same talk group) to listen to the communication.
Digital and Analog Dual Mode. Improve the compatibility with the existing systems:
U Series Portable Radio supports multiple Protocol, including MDC 1200, 2-tone, 5-tone, DTMF, DMR, P25 … and so on. U Series Portable Radio also supports analog and digital two systems coexisted, which means two protocols can be programmed in one frequency channel. When our radio received a signal, it automatically identifies the protocol and demodulates it,and no need for switching knob manually. The function is compatible with mainstream two-way radio brands. Sometimes during a mission, the user might need to temporarily expand the mission areas. However, users are often limited by the original communication distance and this causes the delay in receiving the instruction from the commander.
Comart provides the R&R function which allows the handheld radio to expand the communication coverage without extra setup or BlueTooth connection. When every radio turns on the function,
Cross-communication between Different Frequencies and Protocols:
Different units are often working together in an emergency scene. However, each of them might use different systems, frequencies, and protocols so that information sharing is difficult, and it could cause danger and inefficiency in the emergency scene. This function provides cross-communication between different frequencies and different protocols so that the different units can communicate with each other.

Priority Call :
Priority channel can be only activated by designated superiors, and the other members are not allowed to occupy this channel. When a priority call is activated, it will force the group to stop talking and receive the priority channel signal instead.
Real-time Recording :
The handheld radio can record both RX/TX voice records under any protocol for up to 72 hours. The records can be made for improvement in the future mission.
Remote Monitoring Function:
This function allows the commander to remote monitor the radios in your group. Commander can activate any radio's microphone in the group and monitor through the OTA function.
Emergency Call and Man-down Alert Call Function:
When in an emergency, users can sending the emergency signal by pressing the emergency button manually. Besides, when the man-down alert function is activated, the radio will send out a man-down alert call if the member is down. When the commander receives the emergency
signal, he can activate the monitoring function via the radio on his hand to listen to the on-site message, talk to the on-site member and ask the on-site radio to report the position information.
